Affiliate Partner FAQ Template
Give affiliates a clear FAQ for links, disclosures, commissions, payouts, and support before they start promoting.
Affiliates move faster when the common questions are answered before launch. Use this FAQ template as a short handout for new partners after they are approved for a campaign.
Replace the bracketed placeholders with the live campaign settings before sending it. Do not promise payout timing, discounts, commission rates, or product outcomes that are not already configured in Afglo and approved by the program owner.
Copyable FAQ
Where do I find my affiliate link?
Log in to your Afglo affiliate dashboard and open the Promotion Kit. Use the tracked link shown for this campaign. Keep the full link intact so visits, leads, conversions, and commissions can be attributed correctly.
Campaign link: [Affiliate link]
Can I use different links for email, social, and content?
Yes. Use the source-tagged links in the Promotion Kit when you are promoting through different channels. They keep the same affiliate token and add channel context so the owner can understand which placements are working.
What should I say when I promote this?
Use the approved copy snippets, website embed creatives, and two-week promotion calendar in the Promotion Kit as a starting point. Add your own honest context, but do not add claims, discounts, guarantees, or comparison language unless the owner has approved the exact wording.
What disclosure should I include?
Every promotion should include a clear affiliate disclosure close to the link. A simple version is:
I may earn a commission if you sign up through my affiliate link.
Use the disclosure snippets in the Promotion Kit when you need channel-specific wording.
How are commissions calculated?
Commission terms are defined by the campaign settings:
- Reward: [Commission terms]
- Cookie window: [Cookie window]
- Minimum payout: [Minimum payout]
- Review window: [Payout delay]
Only qualified conversions that match the campaign rules are eligible for commission.
Why might a commission be delayed or voided?
A commission may be delayed or voided when a conversion is refunded, charged back, self-referred, outside the tracking window, outside the campaign rules, or flagged for suspicious activity.
When do I get paid?
Commissions become due after the campaign review window and once the minimum payout threshold is reached. Keep your payout email current in affiliate settings so the owner can contact you when a payout is ready.
Who should I contact for help?
Contact [Support contact] with:
- Your affiliate email.
- The campaign name.
- The customer or referral context.
- The date of the visit, lead, conversion, or commission you are asking about.
